Apartments

All apartments are single level, occupying either a ground floor or first floor position. All have a balcony or deck from which there are extensive views over the beautiful Tairua Harbour.

All studios and one bedroom apartments are well equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay, with the interiors very tastefully decorated, and furnished. Appliances include fridge, dishwasher (in 1 bdrm aparts only) microwave with grill, cooktop and much more.

Studio apartments are approx. 30 m2, include a full kitchen, and sleep 2.

One bedroom apartments are approx. 40 m2, include a full kitchen, and sleep up to 4 people.

Apt # 8: 1 Bdrm (K & 2 singles), kitchen including dishwasher.
Apt # 9: 1 Bdrm  (K & 2  singles), kitchen including dishwasher.
Apt # 10: 1 Bdrm (Q & 2 singles), kitchen including dishwasher.

A full furniture package is included with the price of each ¼ share of an apartment (full list for each apartment is available on request). The package includes homewares, linen, etc, with furnishings and appliances including:

  • Curtains & blinds
  • 20” LCD TV/DVD player

Construction

Sturdy concrete block construction; full refurbishment completed October 2007.

Internet

Wireless Internet connection is available in each apartment for the use of owners and guests.

LCD TV 

With DVD slot, and USB port for viewing your holiday photos.

Sky TV

All apartments have Sky TV.

BBQ

There are three barbecues available on the property for the use of owners and guests.

Kayaks

Paku Lodge has kayaks available for the use of owners and guests, free of charge. Life jackets also available.

Laundry

There is a shared laundry with two washing machines and two dryers.

Parking

Each apartment has onsite parking for one car.

Smoking policy

All apartment interiors are non-smoking areas.
