With a ¼ share you are granted all the benefits of full ownership, with a capital outlay from as little as $85,000. Shared ownership means low maintenance and overheads. The fulltime, live in manager attends to the unit administration and upkeep as well as reservations when the unit is available. More importantly, your ownership entitles you to 13 full weeks use of your unit per year.
As an owner at Paku Lodge you are welcome to make the unit available for family and friends in any of your allocated weeks. Otherwise the onsite manager can take independent reservations, providing you with an income stream during what would otherwise be your scheduled stay.
